This was a sentimental gift to myself and I absolutely love it. The service was fantastic, the little extras they included was very touching so thank you for making it a worthwhile gift. Have recommended you to everyone I know and will continue to do so to any admirers of my necklace and there has been plenty.
Really impressed with the locket shop! The locket arrived within two days of ordering and looks beautiful I can’t wait to give it to my sister I know she will love it! The guys also included a free gift with my parcel, a beautiful bauble for Black Friday it was a really special touch and gesture that was really appreciated! I was looking for a gift that would be unusual and sentimental. When I came across the locket I knew straight away that it was exactly what I was looking for. The ordering process was very easy as you just choose and upload the photos you want. A day or two after I placed the order I received a phone call from the shop offering to edit one of the photos I submitted as there was another person slightly in the shot. This was very thoughtful as most other places would just click and process the orders as they come in. I was told over the phone that they would be processing the order that day and shipping it the following day. I received the order sooner than I expected it which blew me away. The standard of service from this shop is 110%. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future and can't tell enough people about them.

I would highly recommend The Locket Shop . I was specifically looking for a 4 picture silver locket and couldn’t find the right one anywhere until I checked them out . They are super quality and the added bonus of the pictures being placed in them for you and they are so clear. I ordered the locket two days before Christmas never expecting it to have it before Christmas Day and was thrilled when it arrived Christmas Eve. Great customer service! The photos are so well placed into the pocket. It is a small locket so I would never have been able to print and fit them to the same standard. Definitely worth purchasing from The Locket Shop for that alone. A locket, by its nature, holds an emotional element to it, so it’s worth doing it right.
